We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in our continued growth and success.

Position Summary:  
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support and assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects using Primavera P6. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and tracking and will play a key role in coordinating activities between various teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Scheduling and Management:
    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
    • Assist Project Managers in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
    • Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines.
    • Update and manage project schedules, adjusting for changes and delays.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Coordinate between project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
    • Maintain a comprehensive project file, ensuring all documents and reports are up to date.
    • Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
    • Provide insights and analysis of project data, highlighting any areas of concern or potential delays.
    • Assist with resource allocation, including monitoring labor and material usage to ensure project resources are properly managed.

Qualifications:  

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, etc.) is a plus.
