She employs meticulous change management practices to ensure superior work quality for clients and stakeholders. Natalie possesses advanced technical skills in financial performance analysis and has extensive experience in developing diverse teams to deliver quality products on time and within budget. She is a dedicated team player with a passion for fostering organic organizational growth.

Donna O’Neill brings 30 years of advanced experience in office administration, including 13 years in procurement and infrastructure services with Loyalist Township. She is a proven leader in multiple roles, with extensive knowledge in procuring, bookkeeping, and administrative programs. Donna is known for her ability to handle any job, no matter how large or challenging, with vigilance and meticulous attention to detail.

Omar Awata

Senior Project Manager

Specializing in construction management and construction supervision, with over 12 years of experience in project management. Passionate about translating project visions and objectives into reality, offering tangible results in line with client expectations. Omar has obtained a Bachelor of Civil engineering from Damascus University and has training in claims preparation and dispute management from the College of Contract Management in the United Kingdom. Daniela Kelloway, began her media career at 11, delivering newspapers. She has appeared on CBC, CTV, and in The Times of India,  breaking Guinness World Records for her clients, and even convincing the Prime Minister to tweet about them.

In 2006 she founded ClutchPR, a Toronto public relations and marketing agency, and worked with Fortune 500 companies, startups and celebrities.

An expert in strategy, brand, communications, marketing operations, team leadership, project management, content marketing, and growth, she is a visionary leader executing on big ideas with massive impact for the companies she serves.

With a strong belief in safety and wellness, Maxine holds certifications in First Aid CPR/AED and has served on a Joint Health and Safety Committee in previous positions, enhancing her contributions to her career.
