The construction of the Tweed Lagoon upgrades was a turnkey project consisting of a booster station and third lagoon cell with all electrical, HVAC, plumbing, site work, asphalt parking lot, new access to road and restoration works. The lagoon portion consisted of the construction of a third lagoon cell including all electrical general works, supply and installation of instrumentation and controls, mechanical general works, supply and installation of blower packages, aeration system packages, air piping valves, manholes, lagoon cell connecting piping installation, 400mm effluent discharge covered pipe insulation, water level control chamber installation and flow measurement chamber installation.
